Keep an Active Life is Human Way of Life

Our fitness correlates directly with our health. As anything,
the first step starts us towards our ultimate goal. The same
applies to our health, especially our health. The health
experts have been echoing the wisdom: "taking at least 10,000
steps a day is essential to fitness". We can increase your
benefits by adding extra steps to your daily count.
Hippocrates’ wisdom many centuries ago still holds so
much truth then as well as it is now: 'We lose what
we do not use'. To keep out bodies performing well,
we need to actively use it the way they were designed.
Years of expert research have shown that we all need at
least thirty minutes of physical activity daily, with
walking being the best form of many types.
I believe, change is not easy. However, I have the conviction
that we could make it easier by incorporating it into
our daily lives. For example: take a short scroll to the
local shop for the milk rather than driving. Take the
milk as the reward for your effort.
As we age, we are becoming busier and taking time off to exercise or to relax properly has become like a luxury. This is the type of luxury everybody could afford and is crucial to our long term health. Our time on Earth is limited to our destiny. However, it is important for us to maintain our health to the optimal stage in order for us to reach our mission or goal in this life.
From personal experience, exercising is a form of disease prevention. From neglecting exercising, time off working in front of computer for too long, our body becomes stiff and back pain tends to develop. I remember when I start doing a bit of yoga/pilates, my body starts to feel better, loosen up and you could feel the energy filling the body.
I hope this blog reminds everybody to start exercising to feel their best. Keeping in mind the importance of daily exercise, children needs to be encouraged at very early age to be active and start doing simple exercising to make them accustomed to this routine in their older years.
I would be sharing exercise techniques from my research that may of benefit to you in the near future. If you do have something to share, please post in the forum.
Cheers
