I have known this for a while about the toxins existed in soy products if they are not fermented or cooked properly. I have just been reminded again by my brother.
I just want to give a quick reminder to everybody that most products in the market are not prepared enough and the toxins have not been eliminated. The best option would be to consume tempeh and they are completely safe as they are fermented products. Soy sauce and fermented miso are also safe for use.
Infrequent use of the other products I believe do not create too much of an issue. But regular and frequent use might have your health one way or the other. To get more protein, green vegetables like Spinach etc, they give us more than enough if we consume the ORGANIC type, where there is no chemical infused growth involved.
Best meal you could feed yourself as alternative would be organic pasta, whole wheat products as they contain Vitamin E for health maintenance.
