I became a vegetarian many years ago now, and never regretted a single day. There are a lot of concerns over the diets lacking certain essential vitamins or minerals. With properbalanced diet, we could overcome that. There are also concerns for various reasons that vegetarians make you weak. Quite the contrary, I feel light and full of energy. There are a lot of vegetarian athletes even body builders now.
I hence like to encourage everyone who is concerned either for their health, environment or our planet Earth to seriously consider switching to this type of diet. It is unlikely that we could manage the global warming without the significant reduction of the green house gas emission, contributed significantly by the meat industry. The industry needs to be educated as well. If you believe in this, please make your own contributions in your local area to assist the stock industry to make the transition.

Human beings are given the highest position in this world to provide care to the weak ones, like the animals or plants alike. Animals and insects are blessings to human beings for their presence and beauties whatever form they are. People are given intellects to make decisions, create choices and find solutions. I believe organic foods are the true food for our consumption. There were created in the beginning with organics in mind, without much chemical boosts to yield production and excessive chemical usage against the pests. Once we take one element away, it would affect the rest.
