I have known this for a while about the toxins existed in soy products if they are not fermented or cooked properly. I have just been reminded again by my brother.
I just want to give a quick reminder to everybody that most products in the market are not prepared enough and the toxins have not been eliminated. The best option would be to consume tempeh and they are completely safe as they are fermented products. Soy sauce and fermented miso are also safe for use.
Being in harmony with nature is inevitable to get our planet Earth back to its equilibrium. Nothing else could possibly help to the same extent as being a vegan or at least a vegetarian. Lives are meant to be lived to the fullest even in animal levels. Ready or not, we need to be aware of it. The faster we are ready, the better it is for Earth to survive and recover without much consequences for people on Earth.
